====== FreeBSD and X ======

My machine is a Lenovo IdeaCenter A510
Specs:
  * CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics
  * Disks: Seagate FireCuda 520 SSD ZP500GM30002
  * Samsung SSD 870 EVO 500GB SVT02B6Q
  * Samsung SSD 870 EVO 500GB SVT02B6Q
  * Mem: 32GB
  * Disk type: ZFS Raid mirror

pkg install xorg xfce firefox-esr thunderbird tmux irssi vim sudo tigervnc-server

Once all the basics are installed:

pkg install drm-kmod && sysrc kld_list="amdgpu"
</code>

I am not using X directly but in a VNC so

echo "startxfce4" > ~/.xinitrc
echo "startxfce4" >> ~/.vnc/xstartup
</code>

Edit the file ~/.vnc/xstartup and comment or remove the twm &
Now run the vnc server

<code>
vncserver
</code>

And hopefully your system will load xfce and youll be able to connect
